My friends do not like the idea of dating my best friend my ex bf, is there something wrong with that?
My ex and I are friends now and it is actually cool for him. I do not understand why some of my closest friends are not very happy.
Your friends do not react, they should relax a little! If your ex, himself is cool about this, why should they be so embarrassed by it? Whatever happens between you and your bf is not the business of your friends as long as you're not stepping on toes or anyone! The important thing is that you and this new type are pleased together. If they are really your friends they should be happy for you!
